The 3 full Mounty attachment areas

The Mounty is designed to accommodate front and rear attachments. This frame structure is the basis for perfectly tuned front-end loader attachment as well. This means that three full attachment areas are available.

The three attachment areas

With the additional option of attaching a front-end loader, the Mounty 110 V provides three full attachment areas. The robust linkages with standardised mounting points provide for quick mounting and removing of attachments such as rotary disc mower, flail mower, snow plough, and many others. This makes the Mounty your universal workhorse.

The axle-guided front linkage with weight compensation and vibration damping allows you to guide attachments precisely in line with the ground.

The front linkage can optionally be equipped with hydraulic lateral displacement. With a total adjustment range of 450 mm, the Mounty tool carrier masters any task in difficult terrain. The lateral displacement feature makes mounting tools and working close to obstacles easier.

The robust 3-point rear linkage is equipped with double-acting cylinders and lower links with hook ends. The high lifting forces also make it possible to use heavy attachments. A particularly helpful feature for connecting and disconnecting attachments conveniently and quickly is the exterior electric control standard, which is also installed for the front linkage. The rear linkage is integrated in the frame and equipped with hydraulic vibration damping.

Hydraulic weight compensation

The front linkage with electro-hydraulic weight compensation allows the driver to control the ground pressure of front attachments conveniently from the cab. The hydraulic system transfers a large part of the attachment’s ground pressure to the front wheels via a specified, adjustable residual pressure in the hydraulic cylinders. The mower literally hovers above the ground, requiring less pushing force and engine power, increasing climbing capability and traction, and going easy on the turf.

Hydraulic vibration damping

Vibration damping neutralises all vibrations caused by heavy attachments during fast driving, minimising impact load. This means greater comfort and safety, and less wear for your Mounty plus attachment when working. The vibration damping can be switched on and is available for the front linkage and/or the rear linkage.

Front-end loader attachment

The Mounty can be equipped with a front-end loader. This is the third attachment area. Combined with various tools (gravel shovel, pallet fork, bale gripper, manure fork, etc.), it can be used for a wide variety of jobs. Standard tractors and yard loaders are thus combined in one machine, with the potential for cost savings.

The special features of the vehicle are particularly appreciated when used with the front-end loader.

Hydrostatic drive, F/R manoeuvring with a power shuttle, extreme manoeuvrability thanks to 4 wheel steering, and first-class operating comfort make front-end loading a breeze.

The front-end loader can be operated with a single lever or a joystick. Both are located in convenient reach to the right of the hydrostat accelerator lever.

Changes of direction are quick and easy with the F/R shuttle, while simultaneously operating the front-end loader with your right hand.

Working hydraulics

Powerful working hydraulics with comfort operation.

The hydraulics block with electromagnetic controls lays the foundations for meeting the various requirements for attachment operation both at the front and at the rear. The control valves are conveniently operated from the multi-function control lever or the control panel to the right of the driver. The hydraulic couplings with leak oil collector are easily accessible and colour-coded. Combined with the exterior electric controls of the linkages, this makes mounting attachments “a piece of cake”.

The fixed displacement pump with throughput of 32.5 l/min provides sufficient hydraulic power. At a pressure of 195 bar, a wide range of tasks can be performed hydraulically.
