Conditions of participation for the REFORMWERKE 111 years competition

By entering the competition, the entrant confirms that he/she has read, understood and fully accepted the following terms and conditions.

1. The competition runs from 9 March 2021 until 30.05.2021, 00.00 o’clock.
2. All persons of full legal age who have completed the online entry form in full and uploaded an entry are eligible to enter. To win the main prize, possession of a valid "Class F" driving licence is required at the time of handover and during the entire period of use.
3. 111 prizes will be raffled:
   a) 100 merchandise vouchers for the REFORM online fan shop worth € 40.00; single use
   b) 10 VIP Packages (factory tour plus goods voucher according to a)
   c) as the main prize, at the winner's choice, either a REFORM Metrac H75, a REFORM Muli T8 X with PrimAlpin or a REFORM Boki HY 1252 in the desired colour for the useful life of 111 days.
4. Cash redemption is excluded in all cases.
5. Winners will be drawn at random and notified by email. The prizes will be delivered free of charge. The main prize is covered by comprehensive and liability insurance for the duration of its use. The winner must pay for the necessary operating resources.
6. Participants agree to the publication of their submitted/uploaded entries.
7. Each participant is responsible for the correctness and completeness of his/her entries. The online entry must be received by the deadline stated in the competition. The electronically recorded receipt of the online form by REFORM serves to verify the timeliness.
8. Employees of the REFORM group of companies are excluded from participating in the competition.
9. The winner agrees to a publication of his/her name and picture, also of the video shooting made at the prize-giving ceremony in Wels, as well as interviews and regular reports during the period of use won.
10. The item presented as a prize in the competition may differ slightly from the prize in terms of model or colour.
11. A cash payment of the winnings is excluded in all cases.
12. REFORM reserves the right to cancel or prematurely terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. REFORM can make use of this possibility in particular if a proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation, errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. If the premature termination is caused intentionally by the behaviour of a participant, REFORM is entitled to claim compensation from the participant for the damage incurred.
13. REFORM is released from all obligations with the delivery of the winnings.
14. Assignment of the prize to third parties and transfer of use of the main prize to third parties is not permitted.
15. The legal process is excluded.
16. Austrian law shall apply exclusively.
17. The data collected by Reform-Werke, Bauer & Co. Gesellschaft m.b.H. will be processed for the purpose of conducting the competition, drawing the winners and sending the prize. Consent may be revoked at any time by sending an e-mail to info@reform.at or by sending a letter to Reform-Werke, Bauer & Co. Gesellschaft m.b.H., Haidestraße 40, A-4600 Wels. The data will be deleted within 14 days after the end of the competition. The transfer of data to third parties is not permitted.
