In addition to the Rapid single-axle machines already established in its product range, REFORM also took over distribution of Rapid Brielmaier single-axle machines and Rapid RoboFlail mowing caterpillars last year as the general importer for the whole of Austria (except Vorarlberg). An expanded product portfolio, clear responsibilities, and even better advice—from selecting the right machine to reliable service in daily use.
A central component of this partnership is personal exchange. Yesterday, we welcomed 14 employees from Rapid Technic AG to our location in Wels. 🤝
The focus was on cross-departmental dialogue – from sales, internal sales, and product management to marketing and management. The aim was to get to know each other, transfer knowledge, and coordinate closely to provide even better support for our customers. In addition to a presentation of the Reform factories and a factory tour, our solutions could be experienced live during test drives with Muli, Metrac, and Boki – practical, powerful, and precisely tailored to the requirements of the application.
