New product: Reform Motech RM22

With the new Motech RM22 model, Reform brings a worthy RM20 successor onto the market. An exceptionally versatile range of attachments makes the single-axle model a true all-rounder. The Motech RM22 can be used for applications in the municipal sector, in area maintenance as well as in gala construction. Of course, the device can also be optimally used for all applications in agriculture. Like the smaller RM16 and RM18, the RM22 also relies on the proven DualDrive control system. The auxiliary hydraulics presented last year at GalaBau can also be fitted to the RM22.

The powerful all-round talent
The universally applicable Motech RM22 with infinitely variable travel drive impresses with its very compact dimensions and low power-to-weight ratio. The machine has a small track width as standard for narrow attachments and also has a well-placed axle for optimum weight distribution. To ensure that the machine is safe even in extreme terrain, a track widener or wide track axle can be fitted as an option. In addition, an extensive range of tyres ensures the best driving conditions in every application. The machine is driven by a quiet 2-cylinder engine from Briggs & Stratton with 17 kW / 23 hp and an electric starter as standard.

The compact and manoeuvrable Motech is equipped with the proven intuitive feed control "DualDrive", which provides the operator with an unprecedented ease of operation. It is distinguished by two separate control units: the direction of travel is defined on the left-hand beam and the optimum speed is determined by the operator on the right-hand beam. A special highlight of the feed control is the power shuttle function, which makes it possible to change the direction during travel. The set speed is stored.

A standard tie-bar steering system with zero-turn and optional lever steering enables precise steering manoeuvres. The low-vibration spar, thanks to special soft spar bearings, can be adjusted in height without tools, swivelled sideways, rotated 180 degrees and locked in 6 positions. These functions allow you to work comfortably even in the tightest of spaces or obstacles.

Additional hydraulics for even more comfort
Comfortably and effortlessly empty the dirt collection container of the sweeper, adjust the working height of the rotary harrow and the flail mulcher or quickly adjust the plough blade during winter maintenance. This is child's play with the optional auxiliary hydraulics on the Motech RM22. Two double-acting control valves can be conveniently controlled via a mini joystick. The controls are conveniently located on the handlebar.
