Wels, 29 March 2021. A change in the top ranks of the family-owned company REFORM, headquartered in Wels, Austria: Dr. Clemens Malina-Altzinger, the company's principal owner, is stepping down from his position as Chairman of the Management Board of Reform-Werke Bauer & Co Holding AG in June 2021. He has successfully led the company for 35 years. He will be elected to the Supervisory Board as of December 2021.
Reinhard Riepl will take over as Chairman of the Management Board of Reform-Werke Bauer & Co Holding AG. He has been a member of the Executive Board since 2005, a long-time employee of the company and has been entrusted with industrial management since October 2019. Together with Dr. Franz Haas, he will form the Executive Board in the future. Haas has been with the company as managing director since spring 2020 and will be part of the executive board from April 2021. "I am delighted about this step" says Malina-Altzinger. "With Reinhard Riepl and Franz Haas at the helm of REFORM, we are heading for a secure and bright future."
